We are seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join a growing Spokane Company. The CSR will posses strong team skills and consists of telephone and other support utilizing CRM Platforms. Answering emails and prioritize the level of urgency. Creating and closing service calls. Dispatching and customer support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong Interpersonal skills
Experience in inbound or outbound customer support (helpful)
ability to communicate both written and oral.
Shift is Monday - Friday from 5:00am - 1:30pm. Pay $14/hour.
