Details:

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to assist a fast pace company in their technical/dispatch department.


DUTIES:
- Create and close service calls in timely manner
- Dispatch
- Provide excellent customer service to customers
- Answer emails and prioritize urgency

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask
- Strong teamwork skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in inbound or outbound customer support (helpful)
- Detail oriented
- Attendance and punctuality is a MUST

Must be able to successfully pass a drug and background screen.

Pay $14.50/hr.
