We are looking for two experienced Project Managers to join our team! The project managers will need to have experience and knowledge in commercial roofing and architectural sheet metal projects. Excellent communication skills are needed for interaction with vendors, designers, consultants, and clients. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam preferred.

Responsibilities:
*Estimating and preparing bids
*Reviewing and negotiating contracts
*Processing of project submittals
*Assist with RFIs and change order administration
*Managing day to day operations and ensuring projects are running effectively
*Meeting with owners and architects and working through unforeseen conditions
*Assist field team with safety enforcement and awareness
*Generation of project closeout documentation, including Operation & Maintenance manuals

REQUIRED:
A four-year degree and a minimum of two years experience in the roofing and sheet metal field.
