We are seeking a Branch Manager to become part of a fast GROWING company located in beautiful North Idaho. The Branch Manager will oversee all daily operations and lead a team of 12 people.

Duties will include:
- Leading and managing individuals to hit sales and growth targets
- Hiring, onboarding and daily employee relations
- Business Development
- Creating and Implementing strategies
- Developing Budgets/reporting to CFO
- Marketing strategies
- Other management duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Bachelors in Business Administration or related field
- Five years experience in management, escrow, title or marketing
- Proven track record of leadership
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent customer service skills
