Details:

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Sales Admin Assistant is primarily responsible for supporting sales efforts for all service and product lines and supports the entire sales and marketing processes. This is a temporary role to cover while someone is out on leave. Anticipated timeframe is 2 - 3 months.


Summary of Essential Job Functions

* Ensure all opportunities are correctly closed once accepted or signed paperwork is received
* Create proposals and report templates and ensure they follow company Branding and standards
* Update templates with current service language, pricing, dates, contact info, and formatting on an ongoing basis
* Provide final review of all customer facing documentation to ensure company standards and practices are being met
* Participate with the Marketing department regarding the overall design and creation of marketing materials
* Provide Director of Sales and Marketing with Sales Performance reports regarding sales on a monthly basis
* Create and maintain sales tracking dashboards and reports as assigned by Executive Management
* Newsletter creation, edits, submission to management and publication
* Daily Social Media posting on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter



Minimum Requirements
* Powerpoint and O365 tools
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Extremely detail oriented
* Excellent time management skills
* Ability to work individually as well as a part of a team
* Experience with Information Security
