We are seeking a supportive and detail oriented Administrative Supervisor to join a fast growing Hi-Tech company. The administrative supervisor will be responsible for coaching and mentoring the administrative and customer service team to add to the success to the company.
- Hiring, training and supporting the customer service and administrative team.
- Working with upper management on company objectives.
- Answer questions and addressing difficult calls from customers.
- Monitoring and evaluating representative performance, coaching and mentoring staff.
- Preparing reports and analyzing data to report to management.
- Helping with call volume when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma; Bachelors degree preferred
- Call Center, customer service or supervisory experience
- Proficient with technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical, efficient and through.
