We are seeking a friendly and detail oriented customer service representative to join a local financial institution. The customer service representative will be responsible for working with members via phone calls, email and chat correspondence researching and resolving possible fraud or transaction disputes.
- Experience working in customer service, call center environment or professional office environment.
- Experience working in a financial institution a huge plus
- Experience with fraud and disputes a huge plus
- Good Communication skills
- Familiarity working in Microsoft office suite products
- Strong data entry skills
- Must be a team player
