We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented customer service individual to support a large corporate organization in the Spokane area in the Field Operations department.

Duties Include:
* Taking Inbound calls from technicians
* Trouble shooting phone issues
* Process emails in shared box
* Processing reports
* Support to technicians
* Follow ups to clients, technicians and management

* Inbound & outbound phone skills

* Strong computer skills
* Experience working in Microsoft Suite products

Pay $14.50/hour. Shift could be from 5:00am - 1:00pm or 8:30 - 5:00pm depending on business needs.
