A busy apartment complex in the Spokane Valley has an immediate opening for a positive, energetic handyman who likes to learn new skills.

Hours & Pay:
Sunday - Thursday
8am - 5pm or 9am-6pm (there is some flexibility)
$16-$17/hour - depending on experience

Duties Include:
-maintenance/repairs in both occupied and vacant units (appliances, plumbing, etc.)
-interior paint touch ups
-drywall repair
-groundskeeping (not landscaping, just general upkeep)
-repairs/painting on railings and exterior fixtures
-seasonal snow removal and de-icing

Requirements:
-someone with previous maintenance experience is preferred
-positive attitude/mindset
-teachable and eager to learn new skills
-must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
