A financial institution is looking to hire a temporary Customer Care Administrative Assistant to assist the VP of Customer Care and Customer Care Specialists team.

Job Duties:
- Provide phone and email support for customer support needs for various online/mobile banking needs
- Process online banking enrollments according to guidelines
- Effectively utilize tools and systems for customer call tracking and transparency
- Work closely with banking support team and other stakeholders to understand customer needs
- Identify potential enhancements to the online banking experience and communicate to supervisor
- Perform all duties and maintain all standards, policies, procedures and industry regulations

- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Quick learner and effectively work in wide variety of systems

Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years related work experience in banking or related field
- Knowledge of credit and legal terminology
- General knowledge of applicable credit laws etc

$16/hr+ DOE
